I bought got a Tocco lite a few months ago, and at the same time updated my sim to a SIM only - 300 mins, 3000 texts 30 day contract thing,
Now since I have had the phone I have been unable to access the internet, that I have been paying for since after the initial 30 day free period, and I have also been unable to open MMS messages after on my phone after them being sent to me.
I have not been happy with the attitude from the member of staff in the branches I have been into trying to solve my problem and I was wondering how to solve my problems, or cancel the contract so I can resort back to PAYG and look at other network providers.

Firstly welcome to our ever growing eforum family great to have you on board.
They are good those sim only deals, it's highly likely that if you bought your phone from a 3rd party source ie supermarket or Carphone Warehouse etc or indeed if the phone was set up for use on the Pay As You Go network then the current settings in the handset are not compatable with the contract sim that you are now using.
Not to fear however, we have the settings for the Samsung Tocco Lite. Just follow these first for WAP and then for MMS and this will configure the handset correctly.
Once you have done this connect to the internet and then send yourself a picture message ( yes this can be done) the pic will then come through to your phone.
When you say you have been paying for the internet do you have a data bundle or do you pay the 50p daily rate as if you will be using the internet regularly then the data bundle would be a lot more cost effective

I have the £7.50 flexi pack, but as i don't use the internet on my phone often how to i cancel the data bundle?

my phone broke and i bought a samsung tocco lite, i am on a sim only contract i pay £20 monthly for 900min unlimited text and 5mb internet, i am currently unable to accsess the internet. when i click to go onto the internet a message comes up as service unavalible.
i have spoken to vodaphone on 191 and they sent me some files but i was unable to open them
I was wondering if anybody could help as i go away for the week monday want the internet before then

The Samsung Tocco Lite is a great little phone. My Wife had one for a while until she went and got a HTC Desire HD.
You can find the manual settings for the internet here,
All you need to do is follow them through step by step.
You may also want the MMS settings
