I left Vodafone few month ago because didn't get even close to deals new customers were getting. I am on payg gg network and  the price and network is super, but would like to get new phone. The deal few people got here is the one I'm after, £25 quid for 24 months is

just right.

So, hope VF team will be happy to get me on the same deal.

I know not everyone is happy with Vodafone but I have to say I'm very very pleased with the deal and service I got!

We read a lot of posts on here from people 'knocking' Vodafone for their customer relations support, and it is encouraging to hear from another member who , as I did, are pleased with the response they received from the web relations team.

I hope you will receive your new phone as quickly as I did... my upgrade was agreed at 17:45 in the evening, and I had a new phone in my hand by 10:30 the following morning... you cant ask for much better service than that!

I am also a great fan of Helen and have no problem with any of the Web Relations Team as individuals.  Merely with the deal that they are able to offer.

All our requirements are probably slightly different, am I am sure that the deals on offer will vary if you are looking to upgrade to (say) the latest HTC Sensation or Samsung Galaxy S II, rather than a slightly older Galaxy S, for example… which is still an excellent phone.

Purely from a personal viewpoint, neither Vodafone Sales, Retentions nor in-store representatives were even prepared to offer me an upgrade deal at all… at least not one with a free phone, and yet the Web relation Team quickly came up with a very attractive offer indeed, even beating one of their independent rivals.

Mind you, I do have three 'lines' with Vodafone, and will be looking to upgrade another one in six months or so's time... which is when I may well be looking at a Galaxy S II, which will have had time to 'mature' a bit by then!
