191 were useless this morning, 600 mins, 500 meg, unlimited texts, 24 months £36

I asked for the same deal as on here, ie 18 month 750 meg etc, and they said they couldn't do it. Tried on the forum and twitter feed and can't get any response, getting a tad frustrated, and don't know any other numbers to ring?

The only thing you can do to get in contact with the Twitter guys is get yourself on the callback list. For info on how to do this head over here and follow the instructions. They are a small and very popular team so they may not reply straight away, stick around though as one of the team will get back to you as soon as they can.

This might not seem obvious to everyone, but WRT are really a small team. Also Vodafone seem to take into close consideration your business relationship with them over time. Basically, they seem to look after the loyal long serving customers. They may have called me back quickly on Friday, but then, my name has been down for one since they were announced.

But in this circumstance, I think that the lack of contact is due to the lack of stock. I'd be disappointed if they hadn't contacted me as well, but I have no doubt that they're not holding anything back in terms of stock to sell.

Well i gave up in the end, went to CPW yesterday and took a NOTE on VF. The only response i got from VF was " have you tried upgrading via our website?"

Well ive spent over £90 a month on business contracts for over 2 years........the local VF store didn't have the Nexus, and 191 couldn't come up with the tarrif support.

So I'll play with the Note for a while, and buy a Nexus off a forum in a few weeks time, but then again ICS is coming to the note too, so may not bother.
