Mobvoi Ticwatch Pro 4G/LTE eSIM

Hi all,I have justed brought a Mobvoi Ticwatch Pro 4G/LTE smartwatch with eSIM. Vodafone is the only UK provider to activate the eSIM.Has anyone had one of these watches,  as I am wonder how to setup and what tarrif to go for.

I live in London in 5G area but my phone does not pick up 5G I have settings on 5G connection and I have checked my account is 5G so is there a problem with the phones working on Vodafone? Phone is unlocked
