Of course my phone chooses the most inconvenient time to die. But seeing as stores are closed (and live chat appears to be flooded with various enquiries so it's full), what are my options? I haven't seen any sort of mail in service or whatever soooo...

Hi I've recently ordered the S20 Ultra on the 7th April but it's on back order and I've had two emails frok Vodafone saying it's on back order and once its in stock we will get it shipped, has anybody else had the same problem? Know of any lead times...

cant receive verification code

I changed my service company from Cnuiq to VOXI last month, then I can't receive any verification codes.  VOXI said that my account is all well.  My phone is HUAWEI P30.
