Hello,

Please help me, I am trying to set up a hotmail account on my Samsung STeel. I followed the wizard but as soon as it gets to the question about POP3 I get totally lost! can someone please talk me through exactly what to do?

Incoming pop3 Server = pop3.live.com

Incoming port              = 995

Security                       = SSL

Username                    = hotmail email address

Password                     = your Hotmail password

Outgoing SMTP Server = smtp.live.com

Outgoing port                = 25 or 587

Authentication required = YES

TLS/SSL required          = YES

sorry to be so thick - but what is the account name it asks for at the beginning? I have tried my email address but it doesn't work

You're NOT thick... 

The account Name is Anything you choose to Call the Account i.e. "Hotmail Account"

Have a look at this setup Guide it has pictures on the right hand side of the page that correspond to the step by step instructions.
