hey sadly my galaxy died last night i phoned this morning to arrange a exchange but sadly the phone is out of stock the only thing that worries me is if nothing been noted on my account about the exchange and that it goes past the 7 day cooling off period

getting the eforum team to check he said he put me down for a exchange once the stock comes back in i just want to make sure since i dont want the 7 days to pass

Ring back up and ask to speak to a supervisor and ask them to check if it has not been recorded it will have recorded the last person that accessed your account and the call may have been recorded. 

Even tho its out of stock the transfer should still go through and you should get a ref txt no txt means that there not doing there job keep at them don't sit back or your stuffed

ohh i know just received a email asking to contact the sales reponse team gonna ring and make sure

not my fault the phones gone do do and theres none in stock to replace it

The sales department ar not the brightest bunch. When i had my up date the thought a HTC wilfire was a better phone then my omnia i had to get customer service to sort it all out. They will try and storl if youwant i have the Number for the Directors considering Vodafone eforum have not jumped on this thread Tish Tish Vodaone

well find out froday according to the person i spoke to yesterday will be a exchange so a basic swop if it doesnt turn up ill let ya know
