When you are referring to free WIFI can I ask for a little bit of clarification?
If you are referring to the BT Openzone WIFI Hotspot connection then this will be included in a lot of pay monthly price plans and you will simply need to use your online account credentials to log into the service.
If you are referring to using your WIFI at home then you simply need to connect your phone through the settings menu to your WIFI at home to enjoy the internet without using any of your data.
