Hi all,

I have got a Galaxy nexus and i ahve had a few dropped calls and have noticed that a new sim card could resolve a few issues.

My question is this, how can i go about getting 2 new sim cards for both of my lines?

Do i have to go in store, throught here or through cs?

Hi migamn,

the easiest way is to pop into you local store. They can change the SIMs over while you wait. It only takes a couple minutes.

Alternativly order yourself a couple of free pay as you go sim cards. When they arrive give customer services a call who can transfer your numbers onto them, this will take unfortunatly take a bit longer.
