Re: itunes

You can use windows media player to transfer files, You can also use mass storage

Now Kies Program is a Pain

But there is a Kies Air App this is a webb bassed program you put the app on your phone (FREE!!!!)

It then tells you what to do then

Works best in Google chrome

This app i use daily you can send txt messages from your computer upload music pics

Beats the Kies program

Now Itunes this is as you no a Apple product and can be a pain my son has a note and he has just sold his ipod touch

He used Double twist player

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.doubleTwist.androidPlayer&feature=nav_result#?t=W2...

But as its Apple its not a easy thing to do

But My son Ranks this well above the ipod

Re: itunes

kies air i have on note and pc and at first it look good. You can download all files including music from note to pc. But then I tried up loading my music [and other files] from my pc to note - but there is no facility to do this. I will give double twist a go.

Re: itunes

Hi TheArchetect,

The Mass Storage (MSC) mode is simply the mode that is used to connect to you PM, this is usually prompted when you connect your phone to a PC and will allow you to select mass storage alternatively if you go into the settings on the phone under the connectivity settings you will normally see an option to select Mass Storage when connected to your PC via USB.

Unfortunately I don’t have access to the note to say exactly which options you need or which scenario applies to you however, give this a go and let me know how you get on.

Re: itunes

Are this sounds like a driver was not installed there

I have tried the app it does upload but it does not refresh i have sent five files to my phone

There is another benift of a Note you can plug a USB stick in using

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/370593035197?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649#ht_1803wt_...

It only works with usb sticks or Memory card adapters

Just bought my son one

One other app i would try is ES File Exploer you can transfer files from a shared folder via Wifi

Re: itunes

You can use Kies to transfer your iTunes Music.

Go to Files > add Folder... and browse to the music folders inside the iTunes Music Folder.

They will import into Kies, then just select and send to device.
