You can do an OTA update (over the air), but make sure you are on WIFI

I've tried on my phone and says I have the latest updates and continue with the 4.4.2 What should I do?

That's odd. Give it a few hours and try again. I just tried mine again, and it offered me Lolipop 5.0. Odd that yours isn't offered this. 

It is a note 3?

I'm waiting until I get home this evening to apply it. I hope yours gets the update soon.

Hi, can you both confirm if you got your handset direct from vodafone or via a 3rd part such as carphone warehouse?

This can make a difference on updates.
