Hello,

Try turning the phone off, remove sim and wipe it with a soft cloth, re insert and power back on.

Forgive me for asking but has your bill been paid on time ?

Check any account bars in your myvodafone online.

Try Manually choosing another Network in your phones settings ,and then re choose Vodafone. And try choosing 2G in the phones settings which may improve call quality but would affect Data Speeds.
*
Process of Elimination: Can you perhaps try your Sim Card in another phone to rule out either the Sim Card or Phone which may be at fault. If an alternative phone takes a bigger sim then the Network Shops have plastic Sim Card Adapters that temporarily make the original Sim Card larger.

Can you please check if you've not already done so what the Vodafone Network Mast Status Checker is reporting for your area.

Your masts may show as OK so Please also use the Zoom out feature in the map to check surrounding masts for issues.

Vodafone have provided a specific Self Help Thread that holds Initial Checks and a Template that asks certain questions that will Help the Tech Team to ascertain what's possibly going wrong in your area. Please would you re post the template with your answers for this team to help you.
