Thanks for the reply. Can you let me know what happens when you try to open a picture message? Do you receive any errors at all? Also, what steps are you taking to open it? Are you able to send picture messages at all? If not, what error message do you see? Also, are you able to access the internet?

If you haven't done so already, I'd recommend checking that your MMS settings are correct. These can be found on our Samsung C3300 Help page.

Give those a go and then let me know the answer to my questions if you still experience issues.
