hi, i desperatley need some help.i am trying to set up my hotmail.co.uk account on my samsung monte but to avail. i have scoured all forums trying different variations of settings but nothing seems to work, i end up having errors messages such as connection refused / no response.

i know that this have been posted here before and i have tried some. at the end of my tether now

Thank you for your post, please accept my sincerest apologies for the delay in responding, we are a smal team in huge demand currently.

You can check that your handset is configured correctly by checking your settings with our Help Centre, there are also loads of hints and tips to ensure you are getting the most from your device as well as some videos to help.

When you are setting an email up have you ensured you have the correct details for your incomming mail server and the outgoing mail server, these will be available from your email provider.

thanks for your help Dave, on further looking into it, didnt realise that we had to pay for the service from vodafone,
