4g network

I have not had 4g network since last week and I have been on to your customer services and Web chat and they have taken me through things to do but still not got it please can you help

For a first port of call, I'd suggest the network status checker.   Is this everywhere, or just in one location?

 

Unless you've done something obvious in Settings, I can't see why it would be the phone, just suddenly like that (barring a hardware fault).

I done that view were doing some maintenance work in my area but that was resolved yesterday and I did all they told me to do like refreshing the phone but still not working

Did that include turning it off and on again?   Or you could try going into Settings|Mobile Data and locking it to 3G for a few minutes, then put it back to 2/3/4G auto.   That might do it.  If it doesn't do it, it's possible the network fault has come back.
