I'm trying to make a new entry in the calendar however it keeps coming up with a dialogue box saying "no calendar - you have no calendars". I have my sync accounts set up but it doesn't seem to have synced with them. Or is there another reason why I haven't got a calendar and if so; how do I get one? I use the calendar a lot on my phone and really need to get it working.
Otherwise; day 2 of the phone and I think it's great

I have just been able to use the phone to see what is happening here.
When I skipped the setup and went to calendar I got the same message, so I was unable to use the calendar for anything.
I then signed in with my Googlemail account, I then went into settings > Accounts and Sync > Auto Sync On. Once I did this I was able to add new entries etc into the calendar
It does seem really strange that you need to have an account to use the calendar, but this is the fix that I found on the phone.
