There isn't an email address that you can use. If you Google "Vodafone Complaints" you will find a link to the webform you can use. You can also post details of you issue here for someone to look into.
If your complaint is regarding a phone, why not take it up with the manufacturer directly? They have a lot more discretionary powers than do the middle man (I.e. the retailer).
