Cannot send MMS ( picture ) messages

I have a Xperia Z3 compact and cannot send MMS ( picture ) Message. I have asked for the code and done it maually but it still won't work. Getting very frustrated with it and now thinking about going back to my Samsung Galaxy.

Customer support has confirmed mms is all set up on my account. They said it should be working but no.

Are you able to ask a friend / family member to send you a MMS to see if you can accept them.

Do your APN settings look similar to the ones I posted ?

I know for some MMS can be hit and miss which in my experience can be sometimes dependant on handset being used. As you say all was ok till you changed phone model.

APN settings are correct. Wil ask someone to send me a picture message to see if I can.

Can receive them but still not sending. Just says queued for sending.

It sounds like you've done all the manual checks that should have it up and running. 

We'll need to check a few more things at an account/network level.
