I have tried going via the online email form but find that it is out of service, after having entered in all the details. I believe that it is possible to get help via the eForum.

Since arriving in China, my is connected to the "chn cu_gsm" network. However, on trying to ring back to the UK, I get "This mobile is not in service".

Please can someone from Vodafone help?

I must admit that this is a strange one however the first thing to check is that you are dialling theUKnumber using the international format of 0044 (7*********)

Also does the issue happen if you are connected to any other networks over there?
