Insurance Claim - Proof of Call Barring

Hello,

This morning I had to have my SIM card call barred as my Sony Xperia Z3 compact was stolen. In order to claim on my insurance, I need proof of confirmation that the phone has been called barred. The advisor I spoke to on the phone said I had to sent an email to vodafone customer service but I can't find the email address.

Can somebody help me with this please?
