I've been trying for a number of weeks to create an Account for my PS Vita's Vodafone number. Every time I try I get "Some Business Exception occurred" and I'm directed towards contatcting support.

Each time the solution's been different. I've tried creating an account on different browsers, different computers. But that hasn't helped. Today when I contacted support, the representative told me that the number had been recycled, even though I'm getting sent security codes, and other operator notifications. What I'm not seeing however si the Vodafone icon in the APN Network Operator app like I've seen in videos online.

I was advised to get a new SIM card. but obviously I still can't create an account because SIM packs bought in shops don't have their phone number printed on the back (you have to dial a number, which is impossible on the Vita)

I was wondering if I could some help on the issue
