I received my Vita last thursday.
I have tried each day since on several occasions to top up my SIM by £5.
Each time I try this, it fails and a pink box at the top of the page tells me there is a problem with Vodafone system and to try again later.
Does anyone know when later is as this really is becoming a chore. Why should topping up a number on the Vita be so difficult?

1st off, disable the wifi in settings
When you enter the card details make sure your type is correct. I was getting a type error choosing visa debit or electron. Once I chose 'Delta' it worked.
I think using wifi causes a verification problem on the site and the card type check is very buggy as I tried 3 different cards of 3 different types and only changing to delta for my visa debit worked!

We do continue to look at any issues relating to the online system and trouble that some customers are having in topping up however it is down to individual cases as there are a very large number of customers who have no issues.

Hey, I've been trying to top up my vita for a couple of days now and no joy, I've created an account with my vita's sim but every time I attempt to top up after entering the details I get the message:
Sorry - some of the details we need from you are either incorrect or missing.
Please check them and try again.
- Unfortunately we are unable to process your request because of a temporary problem with our online service. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Please try again later."
How can I get round this?
