RBS banking app not compatible with Sony Z1

Hi

     Trying to download the RBS mobile banking app , from the GOOGLE PLAY STORE, all i get is the RBS India APP !

Have looked on the RBS site and the app is not compatible with Sony Z1 any ideas why ...

wouldnt know where to find them , not listed anywhere on my phone !

i have left a message on the RBS website, see what they come up with !

Update

            well had no joy via RBS , so left it , checked yesterday and the RBS mobile app, (English version not India), appeared straight away on Google play store, have downloded it no problem

what did happen there .... funny all the other bank apps are still foreign !
