The problem here could be your friend, not the SIM card.

It could be a blacklisted phone which is why it kicks your SIM out.

Hi FoneNotWork,

I'm moderating at the moment, but I thought I had better put you out of your misery.

After 3 months PAYT numbers are placed into semi-quarantine so the number may not be active anymore.

Why not try getting a free Vodafone SIM with a new number?

This way you can start using the handset, and more importantly, Vodafone again!!

Cheers,
