Voicemail not working - call failed

Hello,

I've just got a notification say I have new voicemails but when I ring 121, it comes up with call failed, I'm confuses, I've never had a problem with my voicemail before until I changed phones which was in January
Every piece of help would be greatly appreciated

The first thing to try would be to turn voicemail off and back on again.   Dial 1210 [send], followed after a few minutes by 1211 [send].  If this doesn't work, talk to Live Chat (Contact Us at the bottom of the page) and ask them to do a reset from their end.   I'm not sure whether either process deletes existing messages.   Is the calling number in your call log?  You could just call back for now.

Done everything you said, also no, its not on my call log, just says I have voicemails, no idea where from though, and the live chat is not working at the moment, tried a few times to connect but it's not been working :Sad_face:

There can be a delay if we’re busy.  Leave the window open for a minute or two, and Live help should become available.
