X10 Mini Repair

I sent my X10 Mini for repair last week (SID No. 4125216) as the power on/off button has fallen off. I have just used the tracking service to see how it was going and it shows that it has been despatched from the service centre, but the resolution code states "No fault found". How can this be, when the button is obviously missing?

I will not be happy if I go to collect it next week and it's not fixed.

Re: X10 Mini Repair

Hi toothpick134,

Thanks for posting, I can definitely understand your concern here. I've checked the reference number and can see that the missing button has been acknowledged by the repair team, it doesn't say what they've done to fix it though. It may just be listed as no fault found because it's technically not a fault as such.

Be sure to keep us updated with your progress when you pick your phone up.

Re: X10 Mini Repair

Collected my phone today and - GOOD NEWS - Despite the tracking service and repair report saying that no fault was found, my phone has been repaired.

I'm one happy customer!!!
