my buttons dont light up at night time, ive got nothing over the sensor playing a game is not easy with no lights, i guess this isnt typical, nothing is blocking the sensor either

 is there any reason the camera doesnt have a zoom and how does one download golden axe

Seeings as i bought my play sim free and have no reciept where can i get it fixed under warranty as i am on a vodafone contract just not for the play,

Hi Jmoulding,

i have just taken a look at the Play that we have in the office for you and from what I can see the keyboard doesn't light up and from what i can see, there aren't any options or settings to change this.

In regards to the camera, the zoom feature does seem to have been left out on this handset however this is something for Sony Ericsson to possibly implement in future updates.

In regards to the warranty, where did you buy this from?

Any handset can be sent to the manufacturer directly for a repair whilst still under warranty and you shouldn't need your receipt.

thanks james, i bought the device brand new unopened off ebay the plus side is i get a upgrade in 10 months time from you guys
