Z5 Fast Charging

I'm trying to fast charge the Z5. Apparently fast charge will only be activated if you have more than 50% of battery left. Is this true? I'm asking this because it does not show fast charging from remaining juice of 2% on my Z5. if it is true, it is not truly fast charging, am I right?

Thanks. My Z5 does not show fast charging when it is connected to a fast charger. I wish Sony will show 'fast charging' on the screen when a fast charger is used.

By the way, do you know what is 'factory charging' on the z5? It puzzles me a lot.

I’m not 100% certain but from what I’ve researched it sounds like ‘factory charging’ is your standard charge.
