cannot make calls from abroad

Hi

I am a little desperate.
I am abroad (Europe) and cannot make calls! (but I can receive calls and can send/receive sms).
When I make calls I get this rather strange message saying "the subscription is forwarded to traffic to this number. "
I don't even understand what this means.

For information, data roaming is enabled, I have no bars switched on (these 'bars' in 'manage services' in my account settings)

I used EuroTraveler until 2 weeks ago (I was able to make calls then), but have now switched this off and got a confirmation SMS from Vodafone.

I cannot contact Vodafone either, as I can only call them..dooooo...Or use the chat room. However the chat closes literally a second after the chat window opened and a message on my screen just says "chat has been ended".

I've got a Sony experia mini. Model no D5803; Android version 4.4.4

Can any one help me at all?
Any suggestions would be most welcome :Smiling:
