On my vivaz it keeps bringing up that phone memory low and to move to card or delete, because of this i cant get into media or open messages as when i try to it bring that up also i've move all i can from phone memory to the card, when i go into files and phone memory on the handset theres nothing to move? can anyone help.

I can only view messages in conversations, and cant send any now as keeps showing 'phone memory low delete or move to card', have spoke to tech over the phone who advised to go to store but in store they said they didnt no how to move or see files saved to phone memory. Friend who recomemed vivaz is on O2 and had same issue and said he brought his back to there store and the girl working there took handset and fixed, i would try there store but closed down now.

Brought into local fix-a-fone store and all fixed better then sending for repair when no real need to, and only cost £10 and took the guy 20mins.
