hi a message for an admin or tech member of Vodafone, i have been promised an request with customer relations to unblack an iPhone 5c and I was promised and assured this would be done and it hadn't. Teams in India said it would be done within an hour. Not done. I am now at my tether. Please reply with someone here in uk. Thank you
