Hi @steveo67

Thanks for posting up that great video.

It seems we have barely gotten 4G out of the gate and we are already looking at it's succesor. Just last night I was reading about Japans push for commercial 5G rollout in time for the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo.

And Ellis I see VF & EE have sneeked 4G+ out as well

Hello!

It will be great to have 5G, however when will Vodafone be rolling out 4G in the Ipswich area?  I have heard rumours that it was going to be installed just before Xmas, however I have now been advised that it will be about this time next year.  Vodafone / Cornerstone must have a list of when 4G will be rolled out particulary in the Ipswich and Norwich areas.

Could you answer, however please kindly not refer me to the coverage checher.

Thank you.

You will never ever get any information on here that isn't already in the public domain by being shown on the coverage checker. That just isn't the way Vodafone works.

I'm in the Southend-on-Sea area and we've started to see a lot of 4G around here yet the coverage checker shows nothing. The reason for this is that a lot of it is still being tested and until the coverage in a town exceeds a certain percentage it isn't announced.

The above mentions Samsung Alpha and Note 4 as the two Devices that can get 4g+ on EE.

Does anyone know which Handset are compatible with Vodafone?

Never mind 5G, I'd be grateful for 3G where I am!

In my area it's 2G but the data speed is 0, pratically useless, my bill is paying for who will have the 5G. I hope the masts will be upgraded before gifting 5G to who has already a 4G available thank you very much.
