Vodafone Broadband and some Xbox apps

We’re aware that some customers are experiencing issues with some Xbox apps i.e. Netflix.

 

Following the below instructions will resolve the issue:

 

1)     From the Xbox One home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings.)

2)     From there, enter the Primary DNS as 90.255.255.255 and the Secondary DNS as 90.255.255.90.You can also use 8.8.8.8 Primary and 8.8.4.4 Secondary (Google DNS)

3)     Turn the Xbox off then back on - don’t factory reset, just a power cycle.
