We’re aware that some customers are experiencing issues with some Xbox apps i.e. Netflix.
Following the below instructions will resolve the issue:
1) From the Xbox One home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings.)
2) From there, enter the Primary DNS as 126.96.36.199 and the Secondary DNS as 188.8.131.52.You can also use 184.108.40.206 Primary and 220.127.116.11 Secondary (Google DNS)
3) Turn the Xbox off then back on - don’t factory reset, just a power cycle.
