2nd hand Sure Signal box won't register

I have a Sure Signal box from my daughter that has been deregistered from her account. 

However, it won't let me register it on my account? Please help!

The Sure Signal is already registered. 

If you haven't done this then it may still be registered to your daughter. She would need to contact us so that we can deregister it for her.

She has already deregistered the box from with the account (which is in my name) but we want to transfer it over to my other Vodafone account.

I have two accounts with vodafone and both are in my name it's just that my daughter bought the box. 

Should I be calling you and if so what is the number please?
