The status on my account says pendingactive.

when i go to manage it it says - Sorry, you don't seem to have registered with us yet. Please contact Customer Support.

Hi freen0,

Thanks for posting the information, everything looks fine with your traceroute.

The light sequence you’re seeing show that the Sure Signal is being configured. This can take up to 6 hours to complete.

I can see that the unit connected to our servers last night at 18:53, not too long after you’d posted. Are you still unable to connect or use it?

To make sure that your Sure Signal is as up to date as possible, I’ve just resynced it for you.

To make sure it completes, can you do a factory reset for me:-

  • Find the button on the base of the unit next to the Ethernet ports
  • Press and hold the button for approximately 30 seconds
  • Once the lights come back on, release the button
  • The Sure Signal will come online in around one hour

Let me know how you go on.

Thanks,

Andrew
