A change of service provider

We have changed service provider and our firewall and unfortunately having brought our Suresignals out of retirement, they no longer connect. The units will be appearing with new static public IPs.

Is a resync required? Dealing with this one at a time, the first Suresignal serial No is 42151159994

I am hoping the issue is due simply to a change of external IP address.

Many thnaks for your help

Hi @riprap

How long have they been in "retirement" ?

May I point you towards this information in the Help and Support pages.

"How long has it been since you last used your Vodafone Sure Signal?

Not for the last three months: We may have put a bar on it. You can remove this bar by calling us free on 191 from your Vodafone mobile.

Not for the last 12 months: Your device may be fully de-registered. Contact us if you’d like to reactivate your account. Find out more in our Ts&Cs."

As long as your still wanting to connect Vodafone Mobile Numbers to the Sure Signal you should be good to go once Customer service have removed any potential bars.
