Hello,

I have stopped using my personal Vodaphone mobile as I now have a work Vodaphone Mobile.  I need to access my account to get my suresignal to work with the work phone, problem is I cant remember my login details and I no longer have access to the email account I registered under

Hi there

 

If you no longer have access to the account against which your Sure Signal was registered, you will need to get Vodafone to deregister the device for you.  Just call 191 from your handset and they will be able to assist.  You will need to provide details about the account against which the SureSignal was registered, so please have those details to hand.

 

If you can't remember the password to your account, and not longer have access to the email account, you will need to have it reset to, particularly if you still want to be able to access the account.  191 should also be able to help with this to.
