Account Cancelled Changed provider forgot to un register my Vodafone Sure--Signal

Hi I moved my Vodafone number to Three and forgot to deregister my SureSignal which I am transfering to a new user. My number was (removed for security) my Email is (removed for security) the Sure Signal Serial Number is 21221066117 Please can you deregister it?

I can't do it online when I login as that does not work due to your Java problems.
