Adding Users

Hi,

 

I have just managed to get myself a suresignal (Old school V1 but it was 99p on eBay), the unit is working for the phone I reg'ed it with but I'm unable to add any new users??? I was advised yesterday by Voda tech support over the phone that as the unit had been added to the system the day before to wait 24hrs and I should be able to add the users in the normal fashion well I'm still getting......

I have tried some advise from this forum that says to leave the name blank and or rather the starting with a 0 to start with 44... none of these work. 

 

Can you please advise what the next steps are.

Hi  @jamielittle21,

 

It could be that the Sure Signal is still registered to the previous owner.


Please contact them and ask them to deregister it.

 

If they've already done this, have a chat with our Live help team to resolve this.
