After months of near perfect service .... VODAFONE may have a problem

Months of perfect service and then today hours of recycling and occasional service. Oddly the 3G connection seems to hang in there some of the time despite the twin orange lights and flashing red. At the moment I'm back and running again but I have no confidence.

 

I think you have a server problem.

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
