Another burnt out V3 device

Died last night. Dead with a strong burning smell.  How do I get this replaced?

I was hoping for an official response from the Vodafone team.  LIvechat and 191 were both useless last time this happened.

I appreciate that. 

 

I have a feeling a response would possibly advise you to speak with Customers service again or visit a Vodafone Shop. 

 

What have Customer Service advised ?

 

Sure Signals have a 24 Month warranty.
