Another resync for a new sim

Hello 

 

My wife replaced a sim with a micro sim and has been unable to connect since, have tried

 

1) to remove from the user list, then re-added

2) Full reset of sure signal 

 

can you perform a reset your end please unless you can think of anything else i can try
