I have an ongoing issue where I can make a connection to my suresignal and it appears to give me full signal but the audio quality is poor and then after a while the connection appears to drop and I lose my full signal. (this normaly happens after a couple of hours or overnight). At this point I have to put my iPhone into "Airplane mode" to reconnect. The device will also never reconnect automatically if I leave my house and then return... At random times the phone light will come on solid for a period of time and then go off even when not in use. I did try Vodafone support yesterday but with not much luck.. I currently have a solid system and power light
Any help would be appreciated..

I can see that your connection is all present and correct and connected late last night.
I have forwarded the information you have provided to our investigating team and as soon as I hear any further information I will post back here.

Thanks for getting back to us and confirming the superhub and its firmware.
At the moment we are investigating this however we believe that the issue may be down to the actual firmware on the superhub as we have seen a number of complaints online where the firmware has caused issues with packet loss and VPN issues.
Unfortunately we currently have not been able to get a definitive answer on this one but we will try and get this for you as soon as possible.
