I have BT wi-fi and a Sure Signal. The phone signal is good but the iphone will now not connect on wi-fi, only on 3G. I hav three other computers and they all connect via wi-fi perfectly - only the phone a problem.
How can I get my phone to connect on wi-fi?
Thanks for help ...

Ben
Thank you for the advice. I did 'tap and hold' and a password was asked for - so I input that and all now works!
I'm happy that all seems to work again now - but I can't see that I have done anything fifferent this time to last time. Never mind - I have wifi again!!
Thanks and best wishes
Ian

Hi mogue81,
I'm a little concerned by step 5 in the traceroute. The Sure Signal needs speeds under 200ms to avoid timing out, and it seems to be going from fine to very close to that limit. I'd speak to your Internet Service provider to see if they can pin down the cause.
Everything else seems OK, so I've given the box a resync just in case the speed was a blip. Can you reset it to see if that helps at all?

Hi mogue81,
The traceroute is testing the times taken at each point on the connection. You need to ask them to investigate the cause of the slower connection at step 5.
I'm not really in a position to compare the benefits of the Home Hub 5 over the Home Hub 4. For starters, I don't use one myself so I have no real point of reference.
