BT helped set my router up but SS still no good

If any tech from VF can help please. I have screen shots of the tests etc done on my router and BT say all is good and working yet Sure Signal still not working. I have a solid red light and the button next to it is slowly blinking.

^ Port Forwarding Setup


^ Ports Opened for Sure Signal.

Tested the connection and all ports showing open. In addition we have also;

1. Disabled uPnP
2. Disabled BT WiFi
3. Enabled IP Clamping

From BT’s end everything appears to be working. Not entirely sure why the suresignal is still unable to function.

Hopefully this helps narrow down the problem!
