Bad signal even with a sure signal booster :(

Hi

I have a Sure Signal at home to boost my work phone (on Vodafone).

But over the last few week or so the signal quality is terrible.

I have a Blackberry 9720.

Call quality is terrible with broken audio.

Any idea how I can improve my signal??

Me too. It worked fine with my old Blackberry but on changing to the 9720, no signal. If I turn the BB off and on, it initially picks up the signal but then disappears completely. Did you get a solution?

@HE1969 - The details you've provided look fine. It's possible that the Wi-Fi signal from the router can interfere with the signal from the Sure Signal device. This can result in poor audio quality.

Please ensure that your Sure Signal is moved away from the router as far as possible to see if this helps.
