BlackBerry Z10 - connecting to SureSignal v3

I have had problems getting a 3G signal even though I have SureSignal.
Today I upgraded to SureSignal v3 and registered this and this is working properly BUT my blackberry Z10 does not get a 3G signal or equivalent.
Does the SureSignal v3 work with the Z10?
If it does, what do I have to do to get it to work? I have tried the suggestions posted on the sit but without success.
Help please.
By the way, other registered phones are getting a full 3 G signal and receiving email.

Pleased to say that Z10 is now getting a 3G signal. I re-set the wireless routers and this morning all is good.
