Bt Home Hub 2 & infinity not compatible with Sure Signal 3! :(

Recently acquired the above to ressolve an ongoing NO handset signal within the house and in a converted loft room....you couldn't get any closer to outside!

 

Quickly found out that the Sure Signal Box (SSB) interferred with the DNS and acquired a different IP address! Subsequently the internet was seriously affected until the SSB was disconnected from the router! ISP unable to provide an solution apart from "disconnect" the product!

 

After several lengthly conversations with all parties concerned no valid resolution forthcoming :smileyfrustrated:

VSS Traceroute command

On a PC:

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter

Paste the output of this command into your reply.

This will help us get the quickest possible resolution for you.
