Bt Infinity Sure box no signal

I had bt infinity installed yesterday,now my sure box does not work,vodaphone say talk to Bt re ports,but talked to Bt and they do not want to know,they say it is vodaphones problem.

any ideas

Click on Start and select Run

Type CMD into the Run box and press enter/click ok

A black box will appear.

In this box type tracert 212.183.133.177 press Enter
