Buying sure signal online.

There seems to be a problem with buying a sure signal on line. On trying to buy through the checkout it comes up with an error. Customer services were most unhelpful, suggesting that I should go to a shop. The need for the sure signal is because we live in rural Wales, and a 3 hour round trip to the nearest store is some what unpalatable. When is the website issue going to be fixed?

I've tested the route for purchasing a Vodafone Sure Signal and encountered no problems.

 

There was an known fault which has now been resolved.

 

What error are you facing?

 

Please clear your cache and cookies and try it again.

It still does it - I get all the way through the order to the review - click on buy now - the 'processing order' message comes up - then the error message appears at the top;

It is a bit tedious to have this and customer services attitude sucks. I am trying to give you £100 of my money. It is not like I am making a complaint or demanding something from you.

I have given up trying to get it on line andmade the journey to get one from a store yesterday.
